Milk and Cultured Dairy Products Conference 2016

IDFA’s Milk and Cultured Dairy Products Conference is a dynamic, information-rich meeting focused exclusively on the information that milk and cultured dairy product professionals need. Learn about the most recent developments in the category and the science behind them. Be inspired by new ideas as you network with industry peers and respected experts. Find out what’s new in ingredients, processing technology and packaging. And experience new flavors, textures and products.

This year’s agenda is brimming with new information and ideas, focused on issues that should be at the forefront of every Milk and Cultured discussion. Some of the topics include:

  1. Dairy ingredients in cultured products for clean labeling, featuring K.J. Burrington, University of Wisconsin, Center for Dairy Research
  2. Documented health benefits of probiotics on the human microbiome with Mirjana Curic-Bawden, Christian Hansen
  3. An update on GMO labeling regulations with Emily Lyons, the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA)
  4. What’s new on the market, featuring Donna Berry, Berry on Dairy
  5. Future veterinary drug residue testing requirements for Grade 'A' Milk products with Roger Tedrick, Ohio Department of Agriculture
  6. FDA food additive approvals and the GRAS system, featuring Smitha Stansbury, King & Spalding
