Once you complete it, please mail the registration form along with the check to the International Dairy Foods Association, 1250 H St. NW, Suite 900, Washington, DC 20005. Full refunds will be granted for written cancellations received up to three weeks before the meeting. Cancellations received one to three weeks before the meeting will be eligible for a 50 percent refund. No registration refunds will be granted after Nov. 8, 2016. All cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions may be made without penalty.
