Dairy Forum will be held at the J.W. Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla. Make reservations online directly with the hotel or by calling (800) 266-9432 to reserve your room. When calling, refer to IDFA’s Dairy Forum to receive the special room rate of $283 a night plus applicable taxes. The deadline to secure a room is Jan. 6, 2017. The IDFA room block at the JW Marriott is currently filled to capacity for the nights of January 29 and January 31. We are certain that additional rooms at the JW Marriott will be available in the upcoming weeks but for the time being please add yourself to the waiting list on the hotel reservation website. The closest hotel to the JW Marriott Grande Lakes is the Courtyard Orlando South/John Young Parkway.

  3. Price: $275 per person per tournament, which includes greens fees, boxed breakfast or lunch, cart fees, practice balls and service fees

Tennis Tournament:

  1. Noon – 3:00 p.m.
  2. Price: $115 per person, which includes court fees, boxed lunch, practice balls and beverages. Appropriate tennis attire and shoes are required; no track shoes, cross-trainers or running shoes will be permitted. 

Eco-Tour on Shingle Creek: Florida’s natural preserves are home to a wide range of nature’s most beautiful and fascinating creatures. Paddle a kayak or canoe through Shingle Creek, the northernmost headwaters of the Everglades watershed. Get an up-close and personal look at native species such as alligators, bald eagles, osprey and barred owls in their natural habitats. Led by a professionally trained Florida Master Naturalist, this stunning eco-tour will explore the beauty of Florida as you’ve never seen it.

Spa Experience: Tranquility, Relaxation and Rejuvenation $
9:30 a.m. – Noon
An interactive morning of guilt-free pleasure awaits as you make your way through a variety of spa stations and activities, including chair massage, hand massage, eye treatment, smoothie bar and make your own body scrub. A yoga class is also available for the more flexible and centered among us. Afterward, continue your relaxation in the spa lounges, saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools.

The Art of Mixology $
12:30 – 3:00 p.m.
In Orlando, creating craft cocktails has become a full-fledged movement. Go beyond the appletini and learn about the art of inventing a new drink. After a professional mixologist demonstrates how different ingredients work together, you’ll get to create your own one-of-a-kind beverages. Tasting is not required, but it is encouraged! Refreshments will be provided.
