Registration Fee: $195 

If you need to pay your registration fee by check, please download the paper form by clicking here. Once completed, please mail the form along with the check to the International Dairy Foods Association, 1250 H St. NW, Suite 900, Washington, DC 20005.

IDFA members that are attending Regulatory RoundUP are welcome to register for the Advocacy Days' briefings , functions and congressional visits with a discounted rate of $95. Together, IDFA's Regulatory RoundUP and Advocacy Days will offer three days of comprehensive policy and regulatory discussions with key federal officials and legislators. 1. When will the Advocacy Days be held?
IDFA's Advocacy Days will be held June 14 through June 15, 2016. 

2. Which hotel has been reserved? What is the rate?
Advocacy Days will be held at Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. IDFA has a special room rate of $269 per night plus applicable taxes. 
The hotel will hold a room block until May 29, 2016.

3. Can I make my hotel reservations now?
Yes, you can make your reservation online or directly with the hotel calling the hotel at (202) 898-9000 to reserve your room today. When calling, refer to IDFA's Advocacy Days to receive the special room rate.

4. What is the schedule for the Advocacy Days?
The agenda will available online soon. Please note that the program schedule is subject to change.

5. How do I register for IDFA’s Advocacy Days?
The fastest and easiest way to register is online. You may also email your registration to registrar@idfa.org, fax it to (202) 331-7820 or mail it to: IDFA Registrar, 1250H St., N.W., Suite 900, Washington, D.C. 20005.

6. What is the registration fee?
Advocacy Days registration is $195.

7. What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes continental breakfasts and lunch both days, a welcome reception and coffee breaks.

8. Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation for your registration via email. It will contain detailed information about this year's Advocacy Days.

9. What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?
Full refunds will be granted for written cancellations received up to three weeks before the meeting. Cancellations received one to three weeks before the meeting will be eligible for a 50 percent refund. No registration refunds will be granted after June 5, 2016. All cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions may be made without penalty.

10. What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is highly recommended. Average temperatures in Washington, D.C. during June are 84 F high, 62 F low.
