Roxanne Bernstein joined Crystal Farms Dairy Company (a subsidiary of Post Holdings) as the President and General Manager in May of 2020. Prior to her current role, Roxanne was the SVP and Chief Marketing Officer of Post Consumer Brands where she delivered four consecutive years of market share growth on an iconic portfolio of brands including Fruity Pebbles®, Honey Bunches of Oats®, Malt-O-Meal®, and many more. In total, Roxanne’s experience spans food and beverage, business and general aviation, and durable home goods.
Prior to her career in Marketing and General Management, Roxanne served for 5 years as an Officer in the United States Army.
Roxanne earned an MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point.
She resides in Edina, MN with her husband, Mike, and 2 sons, Ethan and Tyler.
