History of the IDFA HACCP Certification Program
IDFA launched the comprehensive Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification and training program in 2002. The following year, the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) adopted a voluntary HACCP program, which became effective January 1, 2004.
Since then IDFA has been updating and improving its certification program every year. HACCP still is the best food-safety program you can implement to ensure customer, third-party and regulatory compliance and the production of safe food products.
