I have recently taken over the Process Cheese from Kathy Weinberg.

At this time I do not have all of my process cheese orders in for the new school year but based on last years awarded quantity by the following pack size I was wandering what your estimated quantity you will be offering.

July 2001 - April 2002 ORDERS AWARDED

BLEND 6/5 SLC - 7,761,600
12/2 LB LVS - 7.999.200
6/5 LB LVS - 12,038,400
6/5 LB LVS SLC - 27,046,800

Please let me know ASAP what your estimated quantity you will be offering for July 2002 - June 2003 delivery.
