Ice Cream Tech Attendees Select Favorite New Flavors; IDFA Thanks Sponsors! The 2008 winners of IDFA's New Ice Cream Flavor contest were selected during the Ice Cream Technology Conference held in Phoenix last month. In the favorite innovative flavor category, Publix Super Markets, Inc. received top honors for the second consecutive year, winning this year for its Light Creamy Churned Style Lemon Sugar Cookie Ice Cream. Premium Chocolate from Wells' Dairy Inc. won the most votes for favorite premium chocolate ice cream.
