Exhibit Space 60 Percent Sold Out for 2010 International Dairy Show

(Washington, D.C. - February 23) The 2010 International Dairy Show is six months away, but 60 percent of the exhibiting hall is already sold as vendors secure their places at one of the largest dairy events of the year. The show will be held September 13-15 at the Dallas Convention Center.

"Whether companies are looking for the latest innovations in processing and packaging or to improve efficiency and achieve their sales goals, the International Dairy Show is the premier event to network with the global dairy industry," said Robin Cornelison, trade show manager for the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA).

The inaugural International Dairy Show, presented by IDFA, is expected to attract over 350 exhibitors that will display the newest technologies in packaging, ingredients, equipment and services for processors of dairy foods. Industry professionals will attend the International Dairy Show to find solutions spanning the entire manufacturing process - from research and development, processing and packaging to material handling and distribution. Attendees will have the opportunity to view more than 100,000 square feet of exhibits, offering everything that dairy companies need to operate more efficiently, create new products and improve profitability.

In addition, the call for papers remains open until March 5. For consideration, submit abstracts (100 words or less) to Peggy Armstrong, IDFA director of communications, at parmstrong@idfa.org. Presentation topics might include sustainability, business fundamentals, food safety, consumer trends, product development and technology. In addition, dairy suppliers are encouraged to submit abstracts on presentations that are educational and objective.
