What’s Next? Farm Bill, Food Policy and FDA Priorities

In addition to the Chairman’s Lecture, Dairy Forum’s general and concurrent sessions will take on the tough industry topics, cover consumer trends, examine dairy policies and review research results. Starting on Monday, Jan. 30, with “Food Policy and the Farm Bill – What’s Next?” and ending on Wednesday, Feb. 1, with “Consumer Ascendancy: Products with a Purpose,” each session is designed to spark ideas and provide data you can use to improve or enhance your business.
