Now 10 months out from the inaugural show, reservations for ProFood Tech have already surpassed 100,000 square feet of exhibit space, which is two-thirds of the total projected space. More than 200 suppliers of processing equipment, packaging, ingredients, co-packing services and business solutions will showcase their latest technology and innovations to help food and beverage companies find ways to satisfy exacting consumer demands while cutting costs and building profits.

ProFood Tech, powered by PACK EXPO, Anuga and IDFA, is a new biennial event built to showcase innovations and crossover technologies for food and beverage markets. It will debut April 4–6, 2017, at McCormick Place in Chicago to will bring the entire food and beverage processing industry together.

With the expertise of these trade show leaders coming together for one all-inclusive event, it is no surprise that the industry is responding in such a positive manner, said Neil Moran, senior vice president of IDFA.

“We’re confident the exhibitors will find a wealth of new business opportunities at ProFood Tech among the thousands of food and beverage professionals looking for the latest trends, including product additives and enhancements,” said Moran. “With the growing demand for international flavors and healthy alternatives, these decision-makers are seeking fresh ideas, emerging tastes and distinctive products that will entice more consumers to buy their products and support their brands.”

Chr. Hansen, Delkor Systems, DuPont Nutrition & Health, Ecolab, Evergreen Packaging, GEA, Integrated Packaging Machinery, serac inc. and Tetra Pak are just a few of the 200-plus industry leaders who have reserved their spots on the show floor.
