Dairy professionals who are responsible for plant and food safety certainly know John Sheehan. He works closely with the dairy industry on the implementation of food safety regulations in his role as director of plant and dairy food safety for the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.

Over the years, Sheehan has forged a reputation as a thoughtful regulator who is open to dialogue, and IDFA is pleased to announce that he will have a key spot on the agenda at Regulatory RoundUP, June 24-25, in Washington, D.C. He will discuss his team’s activities, outlining the regulatory issues they’re currently pursuing as well as those he sees on the horizon.

Sheehan is just one of many high-level federal decision-makers who will attend Regulatory RoundUP. IDFA encourages members to take advantage of this unprecedented opportunity to meet the people who make major decisions affecting the dairy business and let them know where you stand on the issues.

IDFA members who register for Regulatory RoundUP may attend Washington Conference, June 25-26, at no additional registration charge.

Only a few days remain to make hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill and receive IDFA’s discounted room rate of $249/night. The deadline is Monday, June 2, so make reservations today.

To register, visit Regulatory RoundUP.
