The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy now offers a practical approach to food safety management and mitigation for industry suppliers.
The Dairy Supply Chain Food Safety Workshop, designed through a collaborative effort by dairy manufacturing companies, is a science-based approach to identifying and mitigating risks for suppliers of ingredients, packaging and equipment. Two sessions, May 14-15 and September 10-11, will be held in Rosemont, Ill., and registration is open.
