Does one of your new products have what it takes to be named an innovative flavor by industry colleagues?

IDFA's Ice Cream Technology Conference, March 13-14, 2013, in St. Petersburg, Fla., will feature the annual Innovative Ice Cream Flavor Competition, which is co-sponsored by Dairy Foods magazine. Attendees will select winners in three categories:

  1. Most Innovative Ice Cream Flavor (currently in the market);
  2. Most Innovative Prototype Ice Cream Flavor (not yet in the market); and
  3. Most Innovative Ice Cream Novelty (currently in the market).

IDFA invites all Ice Cream Tech attendees to enter their companies' best ice cream flavors and novelties in this year's contest.

To submit a flavor, complete and email the contest entry form to Paxton Styles, IDFA meetings coordinator, at pstyles@idfa.org. The deadline for entries is February 27.
