The August edition of "Dairy Research Insights," with reviews of the latest nutrition, product and sustainability research, is now available online.
Highlights include a new observational study from Sweden indicating that the consumption of total dairy products is associated with a significantly lower risk for cardiovascular disease. It also reviews recent research from Utah State University that offers good news to manufacturers of value-added fortified cheeses.
