IDFA to Offer Advanced HACCP Short Course in June

Are you upgrading your food safety program? You may want to register for IDFA's Advanced Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Short Course, June 27-29, in Rosemont, Ill.

The course will provide expert instruction and extensive reference materials for developing HACCP food safety programs within dairy and juice operations. It also will meet HACCP training criteria for Safe Quality Foods (SQF), British Retail Consortium (BRC) or other Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) schemes.
