MilkPEP Unveils 2011 Programs at Regional Sales Meetings

The Milk Processor Education Program kicked off a series of successful regional meetings last month to introduce processors to the marketing and promotional tools that MilkPEP will use in 2011 to increase milk consumption and sales. The promotions are Pour One More, Snack Time with Oreo, Back to School with Post and Chocolate Milk: the Official Drink of Halloween.

Attended by more than 100 representatives from the processor community, the regional meetings allowed processors to make their voices heard about future programs and promotions and to learn firsthand how their dollars will be put to work in the year ahead. The sessions also reviewed some of the cutting-edge research MilkPEP has conducted for the industry, such as the Quantifying Flavored Milk in Schools study.
