Family Program Filled; Registration Still Open for Washington Conference

Jun 08, 2009

Although IDFA's Family Fun Program is now closed, there's still plenty of room for members to register for Washington Conference, June 17-18. Attendees will hear an insider's briefing from the Deputy Secretary of Agriculture and the chairman of the dairy subcommittee that oversees the Federal Milk Marketing Orders and all dairy price support programs. You'll also meet with congressional leaders and staff representing your states and interests. "Congress is crafting legislation today that may cost food and dairy companies for years to come," said Jerry Slominski, IDFA senior vice president. "With so much at stake and so many new legislators and regulators, now is not the time to stay on the sidelines." Register today.
