IDFA has filed its reply to the state of Ohio regarding the labeling of dairy products from cows that have not been treated with artificial growth hormones. This next step in the lawsuit continues to argue against Ohio's restrictive dairy labeling regulations, because they violate members' right to commercial free speech and interfere with interstate commerce.

The Reply in Support of IDFA's Motion for Summary Judgment and the Supplemental Appendix in Support of Summary Judgment support IDFA's initial request for an injunction to stop the implementation of the new labeling regulations. (See IDFA Files Lawsuit to Stop Ohio's Unfair Labeling Law.)
