The global food, dairy and beverage industries will gather this week, Oct. 28-31, for Worldwide Food Expo 2009 at McCormick Place in Chicago. This is the largest food and beverage technology event in North America, where thousands of attendees will learn about new packaging and processing, product formulations, innovations in food safety, distribution and much more.
