IDFA has launched several initiatives on both the national and state level to promote the nutritional benefits and economic value of including dairy products in schools, helping members capture new school opportunities.
SmartMarketing Conference
As the only dairy-specific marketing meeting for the industry, this annual conference examines key market trends and recent consumer shifts that are important for dairy companies. An exhibition is included, and winners of the annual Achieving Excellence Awards for marketing are announced. The 2008 SmartMarketing Conference is scheduled for March 12-13 in New Orleans. Achieving Excellence Awards
IDFA is now accepting entries for the 2008 Achieving Excellence Awards. These IDFA awards honor the best and brightest in dairy advertising, public relations, packaging and other innovative contributions to the industry. Early-bird entries received by November 30 are eligible for a discounted fee; the final deadline for all entries is December 14. The entry brochure and form is available to download. Winners will be announced at the SmartMarketing Conference, March 12-13 in New Orleans.
