The $90-billion U.S. dairy industry is complex, with dynamic trends in consumer preferences, farm production, product manufacturing and government regulations. Understanding Milk Price Regulation
Understanding the complex world of dairy price regulation can be challenging for industry newcomers and veterans alike. This session will discuss the factors that affect the price that dairy plants pay for raw milk, how farmers are compensated under current price regulations and what future changes in regulation could mean for the industry. |
