Food Safety Modernization Act:

Sanitary Food Transportation

The 2005 Sanitary Food Transportation Act re-emerged under the Food Safety Modernization Act and provides broad authority to FDA to regulate the transportation of human and animal food products to protect products from food-safety hazards during transport.  FDA proposed specific regulations in January 2014 to implement the statute and will coordinate with the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Transportation in this rulemaking process.  Join our webinar to understand what the regulation is likely to mean to you and the transportation industry.

Join food safety expert Maile Hermida, Associate with Hogan Lovells to hear what steps you need to take NOW.

Be ready for the coming changes and proposed rules under FSMA implementation.
