The U.S. dairy industry is complex, with dynamic trends in farm production, processing, consumption patterns, and government regulations. If you're trying to get a better handle on what makes dairy tick, attend this one-day Dairy Industry Orientation meeting with seasoned instructor Dr. Bob Yonkers, IDFA Vice President and Chief Economist.
