This prestigious award is presented to leading researchers in the field of dairy science. IDFA presents this award every year at the American Dairy Science Association (ADSA) Annual Meeting.
Dr. Rafael Jimenez-Flores from California Polytechnic State University received the 2009 IDFA Research Award in Dairy Foods Processing for his outstanding contributions to dairy foods research. He received the award July 14, 2009, at the ASDA annual meeting in Montreal.
